We shopped for a pool for over a year. Several blueprints and computer images were generated and salesman came to the house to try and get our business. We noticed one thing about all of them except for one. Everyone had something negative or a story to tell us about a different builder and how they were the best. Jean-Michel was different. He simply said positive things about everyone. Even told us that if we were interested in a different style of pool that he couldn’t find that he would recommend “company x”, even said that they had top rated installers. To me, honest customer service trumps everything. JM was extremely patient with us. Walked us through every step, explained how the build would go, payment plans and options and helped us select the liner which is extremely difficult as we found out. His builder came over and painted out options on the lawn and suggested a different style and said that we had enough room just from standing in the yard. We were pleasantly surprised as we had a certain size in mind and his suggestion worked. When it came to the dig and the build, his builder and crew came to work. Extremely professional, polite and personable. The foremen took the time to show us all the workings of the pool, how to trouble shoot and maintain everything once it was installed. We have no regrets in picking this company. They came back in the fall to close out the pool and maintain contact after the build was done. Even after the bill was paid the owner continued to call to ensure we were happy. I had one small minor issue which JM had his installer come over and fix immediately. Thank you JM, Shawn and crew. I can’t thank JMD Pools enough. We had major damage to our above ground pool over the winter. We called Jean-Michel. He was booked up and wasn’t able to re build our pool for us. So, instead, he shared with us tips and advice so that we could do the re build ourselves. He was so helpful. It took us 9.5 hours with 7 people and JM’s advice, but we did it! So thankful that he took the time to explain things and help us.

I had the misfortune of getting a tear in my pool liner over the winter. I called the pros at JMD pools. They actually found the exact matching pattern that my wife was fond of. Scottie and his helper Ian showed up on the install date. Did a fantastic job of putting in the new liner. The one problem we had was the water truck inexplicably canceled our delivery. We put the garden hose in, filled the pool half way and they made a second trip as promised the next afternoon to complete the job. I would have no hesitation recommending JMD Pools! Thanks guys!

WOW! What an amazing experience getting my pool installed by JMD Pools. This is the third pool that JM has installed for my family, the first being 20 years ago for my parents. JM was extremely patient in explaining how the process would work and helping to design my pool and backyard. Shawn and his installation team were incredible and turned my dreams into reality. Once the pool was installed, Shawn took the time to show me how all the equipment worked. They came back in the Fall to close the pool and I can’t wait to open it again for this season!
